Daniel Lucks
Independent ScholarDaniel S. Lucks holds a PhD in American history from the University of California, Berkeley and is the author of Selma to Saigon: The Civil Rights Movement and the Vietnam War. He is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law and lives in Los Angeles. His most recent book is Reconsidering Reagan: Racism, Republicans, and the Road to Trump, which was a finalist for the AAP’s 2021 Prose Award for best scholarly work published in a trade press.
